Role Overview:

Employees in Retail Support are vital to the success and daily operations of Zions Bank branches. Retail Support consists of traveling tellers and bankers who assist branches in their geographic area during staff absences. This position provides opportunities to develop a broad skill set in banking fundamentals while building professional connections. Our mission is to support branches in achieving strategic objectives and fulfilling Zions Bank's company vision.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with strong knowledge in cashier responsibilities, financial reconciliations, debit and credit handling, and banking products.
• Proficiency in applying mathematical knowledge.
• Strong balancing skills and exceptional customer service aptitude.
• Ability to recommend additional banking products tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality service while protecting the branch from potential financial losses.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of branch operations and procedures.
• Grow the customer base using effective sales and coaching strategies, including assisting with lending applications, cross-selling bank products and services, and providing comprehensive client support.
• Manage cash transactions and perform customer service tasks at the branch.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
