What You’ll Do:

In the position of a Banking Relationship Specialist, your core objective is to create enduring connections with clientele through the application of your financial acumen in proposing effective resolutions aligning with their specific needs. This dual function significantly aids in driving the branch's prosperity by:

• Cultivating lasting relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and suggesting suitable products and services
• Collaborating internally with departments such as Mortgage and Wealth Management to ensure customers benefit from targeted expertise
• Performing transactional duties at the teller counter and the drive-up service point using a cash drawer
• Key activities include setting up new accounts, ensuring account accuracy, and supporting customers in utilizing digital banking options
• Recognizing potential fraud as well as operational and financial uncertainties
• Aiding with adherence to bank opening and closing procedures based on shift requirements
• Promoting community outreach and events funded by banks to enhance participation

Qualifications:

• 4 to 6 years of work history showing increasing responsibilities in data management and analysis
• Individuals applying must have either a high school diploma or a GED
• Intermediate computer skills
• Can lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
