Job Description:

You will assist clients in managing their financial activities, support branch operations, and deliver outstanding customer service as a Floating Relationship Banker at PNC. While looking for ways to advertise PNC goods and services, you will make sure that customers have a good experience.

Responsibilities:

• Delivers a special customer interaction that prioritizes better financial stability and cultivating customer fidelity.
• Executes customer interactions effectively and with precision.
• Informs customers about the different alternatives they can consider for their financial dealings.
• Identifies prospects within customer engagements and refers them to the suitable branch employees.
• Engages in lobby initiatives and impactful dialogues with customers.
• Customizes PNC products and services to cater to customer needs efficiently.
• Spotlights sales prospects and steers customers towards the appropriate team members for expanding connections.
• Teaches customers about digital banking tools, technology selections, and self-help resources to enhance financial transaction management.
• Uses knowledge of products and processes to successfully resolve customer challenges.
• Makes sure that all teller and branch activities are executed accurately, in strict adherence to PNC's policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience is not a prerequisite.
• Roles at this level usually do not mandate a university or college diploma.
• The preference is for individuals with a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Equivalent mixes of education, job-specific certifications, or relevant experience (including military background) will be taken into account.
• No degree required.
• No certifications or licenses needed.
