As a Banking Associate, your involvement will be crucial in:

• Assisting clients in managing their everyday financial requirements.
• Suggesting the appropriate product that suits the requirements of the customers.
• Facilitating the connection between clients and specialized financial experts in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Commercial sectors to address individual financial requirements.
• Unveiling the bank's newest technological offerings to cater to the evolving demands of our clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Displaying proficient customer service abilities by aiding clients with various financial activities like withdrawing cash, making deposits, transferring funds, paying off loans/credit card dues, sending wire transfers, and exchanging foreign currencies.
• Recording significant inflows through Currency Transaction Reports.
• Detecting deceptive behavior to mitigate potential financial harm to the institution.
• Making sure that financial transactions are carried out with precision and effectiveness, while adhering to all guidelines, protocols, and legal and banking standards.
• Nurturing current customer connections and fostering new customer engagements.
• The practice of cross-selling involves recommending relevant bank products like deposits, investment services, and home loans to match the requirements of clients.
• Demonstrating proficiency in utilizing digital tools and technologies to enhance the digital banking journey for customers.
• Feeling assured in guiding customers on how to perform online banking transactions, utilizing mobile applications, and self-service platforms.
• Displaying proficiency in swiftly grasping and adjusting to novel procedures and technological systems.
• Executing additional tasks as required.

Qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification like a GED is mandatory, while having a bachelor's degree is strongly recommended.
• One year of recent experience in customer service and managing cash transactions.
• Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience in a banking institution in either a teller or new account role.
• Demonstrating a prompt and precise grasp of products, services, and procedures.
• Exceptional abilities in handling customer inquiries and concerns.
• Excellent focus on specifics and effective organization of tasks.
• Mastering the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to be adaptable and work on weekends as required.
