In the position of Business Account Manager, you will be accountable for providing holistic financial solutions to small businesses with annual earnings of up to $20 million. Your pivotal responsibility will entail actively nurturing and intensifying associations with esteemed clients, and assisting them in the development of their businesses and the attainment of their financial aspirations.

Responsibilities:

• Directs the complete client journey to meet client demands successfully and generate opportunities for sales growth, all while managing and minimizing potential risks
• Pinpoints and directs specialized opportunities for small businesses and offers tailored solutions during client consultations
• Establishes a cohesive customer experience across targeted sales segments through an 80% field presence requirement
• Nurtures relationships with key allies such as Merchants, Practicees: Solutions, Treasury, and Business Banking to expand avenues for small enterprises
• Applies credit background to recommend to small business entrepreneurs on solutions, provisions, and digital competencies that assist them in accomplishing their short and long-term business targets
• Assists in driving the sales distribution model to attain the specified goals and advancement of the bank's Small Business unit
• Provides coaching, development, and guidance to associates and clients, fostering a culture that prioritizes the needs of both parties

Required Qualifications:

• Proven effectiveness in consultative sales within the financial sector or in B2B sales environments
• Showing concrete instances of boosting the fiscal outcomes of particular enterprises by deciphering financial statements and advising on precise actionable steps
• Exhibits a fervent dedication to outside sales and relishes the time devoted to exploring new leads
• Striving to enrich existing partnerships and outperform sales projections
• Understanding the financial conditions of clients and observing industry shifts
• Understanding and interpreting financial statements along with cash flow analysis are valuable skills to possess
