• Opening personal and business accounts, covering consumer checking, small business banking products, a variety of deposit options, home equity and unsecured lending services, and investments in certificates of deposit.
• Nurturing strong partnerships with branch teammates and business counterparts to drive client acquisition and strengthen connections with current clients, adeptly managing centers of influence both internally and externally.
• Compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and policies, including accurate recording of client engagements.
• Supporting branch functions encompasses aiding with client transactions on the Teller line when necessary.
• Attend morning meet-ups and occasionally guide team reflections at the end of the day.
• Expected to fulfill alternative duties as required; roles, tasks, and responsibilities could be subject to change, or new ones may be assigned with or without prior notice.

Education Qualifications for Floating Banker:
