Operational Efficiency:

• Keep track of a cash drawer's funds and uphold stringent protocols for cash handling.
• Comply with all audit, security, and operational policies and procedures.
• Carry out customer requests related to transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan repayments.
• Process diverse transactions like bonds, municipal coupons, and money orders.
• Aid in the regular balancing and management of ATMs, ensuring all essential entries are completed.
• Validate funds from night and lobby deposit boxes.
• Aid in the supervision of dual control vault responsibilities.
• Keep yourself informed about operational revisions and procedural adjustments for consistent compliance.

• Maintain a standard of positive and professional interactions with clients at all times.
• Quickly and reliably attend to and resolve client queries and problems.
• Support individuals in meeting their service-related needs for a more exceptional overall client experience.
• Broaden knowledge of products and services by engaging in sales meetings, training sessions, and online learning opportunities.

Sales and Service:

• Discover opportunities for cross-selling when interacting with customers.
• Guide customers and prospects towards the relevant internal contacts for further assistance.
