Assistant Executive

JobDescription:

The Assistant Executive offers administrative assistance to a high-ranking executive or department by carrying out a diverse set of intricate tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Handles incoming calls, drafts, revises, and creates written communications.
Keeps and creates records or documents.
Offers guidance and addresses issues in situations where there are several unconventional answers to choose from.
Organizes, arranges, and schedules meetings.
Collects information, inputs data, and compiles summaries.
Can undertake specific assignments and carry out unique duties like financial planning and/or difference analysis.
Manages the flow of work efficiently.
Carries out additional tasks as required.

Basic Qualifications:

High School diploma
Must have at least five (5) years of experience in an administrative support position.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven efficiency in a high-speed setting and capacity to promptly organize various tasks and responsibilities to fulfill strict time constraints.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities and adept at effectively interacting with management at various levels.
Exceptional abilities in analyzing and solving problems with a high level of focus on specifics.
Effective communication, coordination, scheduling, and prioritization abilities.
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
