At the Cherry Hill Mall financial center, this full-time position requires 40 hours per week. The Transaction Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, promoting banking products, and supporting daily branch operations. Availability during branch hours is a requirement, with no work on Sundays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete customer transactions correctly in accordance with the policies outlined by the financial institution.
• Recognize and suggest the right bank products and services for your needs.
• Build strong customer relationships and address financial demands promptly.
• Remain compliant with regulations, policies, and security procedures to uphold standards.
• Employ online tools to help customers and find suitable resolutions.
• Support branch operations through administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• A mandatory requirement for this job is having 6 to 12 months of customer service experience.
• Preferential consideration will be given to those with 6 to 12 months of cash handling experience.

Compliance and Additional Duties:

• The obligation includes maintaining compliance with all programs, policies, and regulations, undergoing required training, and ensuring the prompt reporting of risks. Furthermore, additional responsibilities may be assigned by management.

Compensation:

• Available for performance-related incentive compensation depending on experience and location.
