Role Summary:

A Floating Investment Manager is a financial professional responsible for assisting customers with a wide range of banking needs, including account opening, transaction handling, financial guidance, and promotion of banking products and services. This role is important for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the overall performance of the financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Support clients with routine banking activities such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
Open and maintain personal and business banking accounts
Provide guidance on financial products including loan options, credit card features, and savings plans
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Comply with internal policies and applicable government regulations
Respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
Contribute to branch sales and service goals through collaboration and support
Maintain accurate and updated records and documentation
