As a Banking Relationship Consultant, the primary responsibility is to assist clients with their financial needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

A Banking Relationship Consultant provides customers with high quality, prompt, and professional financial services. Responsible for interacting with clients and providing exceptional service by greeting them as they enter one of our branches and providing them with the services needed to meet their financial goals. This role will process financial transactions in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner while maintaining operational standards, and assist the team in meeting branch goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to drive financial performance growth and secure new key clients through effective client referrals to appropriate team members.
• Efficiently handle customer queries, concerns, or feedback with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving customer loyalty. Utilize problem-solving skills and effective communication to address issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience. Work towards meeting behavioral objectives outlined by Retail Leadership, which may include proactive client outreach and education.
• Execute daily financial transactions promptly and correctly while aiming to prevent controllable losses. Follow and abide by all applicable bank policies and regulations for compliance and accuracy.
• Partakes in special initiatives, as well as extra obligations and roles when needed. Shows a continuous dedication to following the regulatory and conformity protocols pertaining to the position, as stated, and accomplishes compulsory compliance instruction. Responsible for staying compliant with appropriate national, state, and local statutes and directives.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of high school or its alternative (GED, HiSET, TASC) or a comparable foreign credential is necessary.
• A minimum of 3 years of customer service and sales background is needed.
• Previous involvement in the financial services industry is a plus.
