What You’ll Do:

• Carry out a range of financial transactions such as cashing checks, making withdrawals, deposits, and repayments of loans with precision
• Perform cash handling duties at a teller station to assist clients and bank staff in the branch or at the drive-thru
• Identify chances to offer additional products and services and direct customers to the right bank staff members
• Acquire the skill to identify possible fraudulent activities and communicate any suspicions to the appropriate authorities
• Adhere to the guidelines and protocols set by the department, financial institution, and governing authorities
• Maintain the existing Wintrust culture as it stands
• Provide support for bank operations at opening and closing times as required
• Be present at community gatherings when necessary

Qualifications:

• At least half a year of expertise in managing cash transactions or assisting customers is required
• A high school diploma or General Education Development (GED) qualification is a prerequisite
• Having the flexibility to move between different locations as required
• Willingness to work any shift, even on Saturdays
• Capable of carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Capacity to remain upright for prolonged durations
