The responsibilities of a Customer Solutions Manager are key in:

• Elevating the lives of our clients and the growth of their businesses through a blend of financial offerings, educational resources, and knowledgeable recommendations.
• Implementing sales strategies by collaborating strategically with commercial lending business partners, private banking professionals, Retail Regional Managers, and Branch Managers.
• Competence in directing the business priorities and formulating strategies for enhancing growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Attain quarterly and annual targets through the generation of business in CI, CRE, mortgages, SBA loans, treasury services, deposit solutions, investment options, and various commercial and consumer products offered by East West Bank.
• Collaborate alongside the Regional Manager and/or Branch Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that are centered on customers and designed to bring in new business through prospecting, outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Sustain and deploy a detailed familiarity with the bank's credit criteria, client qualifications, and necessary business procedures to secure the completion of precise and comprehensive loan proposals for both commercial entities and individual borrowers.
• Collaborate in nearby and regional business events; arrange and execute focused initiatives and activities.
• Offer feedback to management on existing competition policies and practices as needed.
• Guide customers on accessing and utilizing our digital channels for their banking and investment needs in a flexible manner.
• Other assignments may need to be undertaken as necessary.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial lending and/or private banking with proven sales track record.
• Extensive experience with CI loans, SBA loans, or niche lending practices is beneficial.
• Individuals with expertise in financial institutions, credit mechanisms, and deposit services, especially in the domain of cross-border transactions involving the U.S. and Greater China, are encouraged to apply.
• Excelling in analytical acumen, marketing/sales expertise, consulting proficiency, and negotiation aptitude.
• Proficiency in conveying ideas through both written and oral means.
• Exhibit a propensity for high-energy settings, a focus on reaching goals, and proficiency in team-based scenarios.
• Articulating a strong eagerness and capability to make an impact, enlighten, and establish relationships with team members, associates, and customers in the technology sector.
• Shows aptitude in mastering and flexibly utilizing new information and digital platforms.
