Your role as a Customer Relationship Manager will be pivotal in:

• Supporting the growth and success of our customers and their businesses through a combination of financial services, educational programs, and insightful guidance.
• Implementing sales strategies through strategic partnerships with commercial lending associates, private banking experts, Retail Regional Managers, and Branch Managers.
• Capability to guide the business objectives and establish a plan for driving expansion.

Responsibilities include:

• Fulfill quarterly and yearly aims by driving business growth in CI, CRE, housing finance, SBA loans, treasury management, deposit accounts, investment products, and a selection of commercial and consumer offerings available through East West Bank.
• Collaborate alongside the Regional Manager and/or Branch Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that are centered on customers and designed to bring in new business through prospecting, outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Control and apply a profound understanding of the financial organization's credit policy, customer eligibility criteria, and all essential operational protocols to ensure the accurate and thorough compilation of commercial and consumer lending packages.
• Be involved in community and district business functions; coordinate and run targeted campaigns and activities.
• Supply management with information on the existing competition rules and approaches, if required.
• Assist customers in understanding how to conveniently bank and invest through our digital channels based on their individual preferences.
• Required to fulfill any other duties that are delegated.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Successful candidates will have accumulated five or more years in commercial lending or private banking and a documented history of sales achievements.
• In-depth familiarity with CI loans, SBA loans, or industry-centric financial solutions is crucial.
• Applicants with a comprehensive knowledge of bank operations, credit products, and deposit services, especially in relation to facilitating international transactions between the U.S. and Greater China, are encouraged to apply.
• Exhibits strong analytical skills alongside capabilities in marketing/sales, consulting, and negotiation.
• Skillful in both written and verbal communication.
• Operate with vigor, place emphasis on achieving objectives, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Showing a keen interest and expertise in influencing, enlightening, and engaging with team members, collaborators, and customers regarding technology.
• Capable of learning and acclimating to updated information and technology channels.
