The position involves offering advisory, sales, and technical assistance to individual or multiple Financial Advisors, participating in strategic decision-making, managing client relationships, and implementing the team's value proposition.

Core Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Assist in shaping the strategic path of the Financial Advisor team to drive revenue expansion.
• Engage with clients and potential clients by evaluating their aims, targets, and capacity for risk in order to propose and execute appropriate investment options and offerings.
• Aid customers with trade transactions, information inquiries, market research requirements, account complications, and general service questions.
• Offer continuous relationship supervision by conducting frequent evaluations, consultative conversations, and customer care endeavors.
• Aid in the development and presentation of client meetings and communication materials.
• Aid the Advisor in cultivating and maintaining lucrative securities and insurance transactions by utilizing networking, internal referrals, and recognized prospects.
• Uphold Truist's professional standards and comply with relevant regulatory obligations, such as those set forth by FINRA and other overseeing entities.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field—or a combination of equivalent education and experience is required.
• A minimum of four years of relevant work experience is required, with at least one year specifically in the field of securities.
• Possession of FINRA Series 7 and 66 credentials is mandatory.
• State health and life insurance licenses that are relevant and in accordance with the certifications of the advisors they support.
• Possessing robust organizational abilities, adept at analysis, proficient in addressing challenges, skilled in interpersonal interactions, and experienced in managing relationships effectively.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office software is essential.
• Demonstrated eagerness to acquire further industry certifications in the field of wealth or investment management.
