Job Title: Teller Team Lead

Job Description:

Supervise teller operations to ensure efficient workflow, strong customer service, and compliance with banking policies while supporting branch performance and promoting financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Assist customers with banking products and service inquiries.
Maintain confidentiality and promote bank services.
Oversee teller transactions for accuracy and compliance.
Manage daily workflow and assist with complex transactions.
Resolve cash discrepancies and support balancing activities.
Provide backup support for teller duties when needed.
Train and guide teller staff.
Monitor performance and support development.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Communicate updates to management.
Prepare reports and attend meetings.
Maintain secure and organized work areas.
Assist with opening/closing procedures and coverage needs.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
2.5+ years teller experience.

Skills:

Leadership and communication skills.
Strong math and decision-making ability.
Knowledge of banking systems.

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
~40 hours/week
