Wealth Consultants provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s)/Private Wealth Advisor(s)/teams on a daily basis. As senior members of the service team, through regular interactions with clients, individuals in this role build trusted relationships. Leading with a client first mindset, a successful candidate for this role will have strong interpersonal skills and their focus will be on delivering an exceptional client experience. In supporting Financial Advisor(s)/Private Wealth Advisor(s)/teams, this role will focus on assisting in areas such as digital marketing, portfolio holdings and/or proposal tools and financial planning.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a senior member of the service team, provide coverage for an FA/PWA/team including: cultivating relationships with business partners and colleagues internally and externally; supporting the FA/PWA/team in enhancing new and existing client relationships by providing an exceptional client experience; assisting the FA/PWA/team in delivering against their client service model, including preparing for regular meetings as well as tracking follow-ups; ensuring all client service functions are performed in a timely manner, assigning work to team members on a daily basis if/as needed; providing backup coverage for traditional registered or unregistered Client Service Associate responsibilities at the request of the client and/or FA/PWA/team, such as executing money movement transactions, answering general non-investment related questions concerning clients accounts, educating or enrolling clients in digital tools, accepting or entering unsolicited orders and/or entering solicited orders in a clerical capacity; remaining current on all policies, procedures and new platforms and sharing reminders and best practices with other service team members.
Assisting the FA/PWA/team in coordinating and achieving their business plan objectives, working closely with other relevant market players like Practice Strategy Consultants and Branch Management.
Managing administrative tasks associated with digital and in-person marketing strategies, which involve seminars, virtual events, websites, social media, and regular email connectivity.
Putting together and evaluating a range of client reports or financial plans via approved systems for existing or potential clients.
Facilitating research processes within the framework of approved organizational systems.
Joining client discussions to champion the importance of service orientation.
Taking part in company ventures, unique projects, and/or supplementary tasks as instructed by local managers.

Prospective candidates should have five or more years of work experience in a field that is pertinent to the role.
A four-year college degree or professional certification is the desired qualification.
The prerequisite for this position is to have certifications in Series 7 (GS) and either Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
The procurement of extra product licenses may be essential.
Strong leadership skills.
Well-versed in a range of financial products including stocks, bonds, options, mutual funds, insurance, and managed accounts.
Capable of mastering technical skills and promptly adapting to changes in platforms.
Possessing an eye for detail, superior organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Expertise in basic personal computer usage, MS Office applications (with a specialization in MS Excel), and internet tools for optimal productivity.
