In the role of an Investment Strategist, your main duty is to offer knowledgeable financial recommendations to self-managed investors and potential clients, aiding them in understanding the complexities of the financial sector. Your main focus will be on recognizing opportunities to strengthen client connections and assist clients in making informed choices about investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer Financial Advice: Provide guidance to prospects and self-directed investors, assisting them in identifying and implementing investment strategies that are in harmony with their financial objectives.
• Client information: Share valuable information with clients about the investment products, services, and trading strategies available through Bank of America.
• Strengthening client associations: Bolster client relationships by uncovering further investment necessities and directing them to appropriate internal partners.
• Provide excellent customer support by handling general account questions, addressing client complaints, and delivering timely resolutions.
• Complete Trades: Accurately carry out and validate trade orders, securities transactions, and other investment requests started by clients.
• Client Education and Support involves guiding clients on effectively utilizing online tools to monitor and manage their investments.
• Address Customer Challenges: Handle, research, and communicate throughout the process to effectively resolve client problems and secure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Keep yourself knowledgeable about Merrill's products, policies, services, and market trends to offer clients informed guidance and recommendations.
• Working within the framework of Bank of America's policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines is essential for maintaining client relationships and managing investments effectively.
• Client Retention: Prioritize the establishment and maintenance of lasting client relationships through the consistent provision of customized, dependable, and high-quality service.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with call center interactions is beneficial but not necessary.
• Experience in brokerage from before is valued.
• With a background in the financial sector or a related domain for 12 months or more.
