Job Description:

The position of a Financial Strategy Advisor entails providing thorough financial advice and individualized solutions to clients, assisting them in reaching their financial goals and navigating various life stages adeptly. Your role will involve establishing strong client connections, analyzing their financial needs, suggesting bespoke strategies, and recommending suitable financial instruments. You will be a reliable partner in managing clients' investment objectives, retirement planning, wealth management, and other significant financial priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with customers to develop a tailored financial plan to meet their immediate and future financial goals leveraging brokerage options like equities, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, as well as banking and wealth management solutions
  • Puts forward banking and investment recommendations that are in line with the financial goals and needs of the client
  • Manages and triages client inquiries by referring them to suitable in-house service providers aligned with client needs and resource thresholds
  • Controls and mitigates risk within daily endeavors
  • Identifies and facilitates connections with potential clients via referrals or engagement with customers at financial institutions
  • Provides counseling and assessments to referral collaborators based on understanding client needs and suggested product services

Required Qualifications:

  • Brings to the table over a year of experience in the investments sector, supported by investment-specific training and a thorough understanding of investment products and services.
  • Must demonstrate a minimum of one year of experience in the financial service industry or a sales environment where objectives were met or exceeded.
  • Reaches milestones by setting and achieving measurable objectives.
  • Establishes and grows solid connections.
  • Shows effectiveness in working collectively with others to achieve common goals.
  • Projects confidence in communication and engages with clients in a comfortable manner.
  • Directs goals, manages complexity, prioritizes tasks, and accomplishes them promptly in a high-speed environment.
  • Demonstrates a keen interest in acquiring knowledge, remains adaptable to new information, and consistently strives to offer appropriate solutions to clients.
  • Efficiently oversees time and resources.
  • Utilizes a thorough and strategic approach in integrating relevant regulatory evaluations into the day-to-day activities and future aspirations for clients.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Skillful in computer operations and adept at multitasking in a demanding workplace.
  • Demonstrated success in the financial service industry or a sales role for a minimum of three years, consistently meeting or exceeding prescribed targets.
  • Earned additional certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
  • Received your insurance endorsements.

Minimum Education Requirement:

Meeting the requirement of a high school diploma, GED, or its equal is mandatory
