Corporate Banker

Job Overview:

Corporate Bankers focus on building and maintaining strong financial relationships with business clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored banking and financial solutions that support long-term growth and success.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) based in Clinton, MD. The Corporate Banker is responsible for delivering excellent client service, managing business banking relationships, supporting sales and service needs, and driving long-term financial partnerships through appropriate banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with business and corporate clients through regular engagement
• Assess client financial needs and recommend suitable banking, credit, and financial solutions
• Support account opening, transaction processing, and lending-related activities
• Utilize CRM tools and financial systems to manage client relationships effectively
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business development and revenue goals

Additional Responsibilities:

• May be required to perform Notary Public duties

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in banking, sales, or customer service preferred

• Ability to work collaboratively and use digital tools effectively

Licensing Requirement:

• May require registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
