As an Personal Banker, your main duty involves developing, broadening, and upholding current client connections while delivering an outstanding customer service experience. Investment Bankers will offer proficient financial guidance to both existing and potential clients by evaluating their financial requirements and presenting solutions through banking services and products to aid clients in reaching their immediate and future financial objectives. Investment Bankers are anticipated to uphold a professional and optimistic image as Simmons representatives while surpassing client expectations. All Investment Banker roles will undergo uniform training on all essential products, services, consultative dialogues regarding needs, and additional instruments essential for performing the position.

Primary Job Functions and Obligations:

• Ensuring that customers are aware of and guided on the entire spectrum of the bank's offerings involves presenting them with information on the in-person services at branches, the digital features, and the collaborative resources available with business partners.
• Meet individual objectives by fulfilling the required amount of face-to-face and outbound calling tasks that allow for presenting essential solutions and recommendations based on a philosophy centered on addressing specific needs.
• Fulfill all obligations concerning the opening and closing of accounts, assisting clients in selecting suitable accounts, examining customer account specifics, and adhering to BSA and CIP prerequisites.
• Aid in consumer loan applications: request loan submissions, uphold understanding of loan regulations and systems, support the management of consumer loan collections at the branch(es).
• Unearth customer requirements and connect them with a partner-focused team that assists various clientele, including small businesses, corporate partners, financial advisors, and mortgage professionals.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently engaging with customers and providing them with an exceptional client experience.
• Verifies that all departmental paperwork and tasks are performed in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures specific to this position, including the fulfillment of necessary compliance training.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by processing requests and transactions accurately and professionally, engaging in positive conversations to identify their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

Qualifications:

• The competency to effectively motivate and present information in small group and one-on-one situations, to customers, clients, and other employees within the organization is a valuable skill.
• Embrace a collective team strategy to effectively address customers' needs in the dynamic banking industry.
• Lead and instruct the branch staff according to established procedures and protocols in the AFCM's absence.

Education And/Or Experience:

• HS Diploma/GED
• 365 days of customer-facing responsibilities with a focus on achieving objectives
• Compliance with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration is a key requirement for this position

Computer Skills:

• MS Office programs
• Utilize social media platforms effectively to increase brand awareness and tap into market trends

Other Qualifications:

• Travel requirements include occasional attendance at meetings, training sessions, and assistance during bank conversions and acquisitions, with minimal overnight stays and outof-town commitments.
• Skill in providing support and advice to other banking institutions within the market.
