Job Description:

Acting as a liaison between customers and TD, the Retail Banker I demonstrates the brand commitment by utilizing financial proficiency and personalized recommendations to support customers in their banking endeavors. By presenting TD solutions that align with customers' financial goals, this role contributes to business expansion and enhances customers' engagement with TD.

Requirements:

  • Obtaining a high school diploma or GED qualification is imperative for pursuing further educational or vocational opportunities.
  • Displaying a background in customer service or sales that exceeds one year (volunteering, educational experiences, or military service can be used as substitutes).
  • Teller experience preferred.
  • Essential to successfully graduate from teller training program.
  • Candidates with strong abilities in customer conversation and product education are preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational proficiency; capable of multitasking in fast-paced conditions.
  • Proficiency in delivering consistent, clear, and succinct messages.
  • Proficient in prioritization, deadline achievement, and independent workflow.
  • Showing keen judgment and skilled at effectively addressing challenges.
  • Adept in utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
  • Notary License preferred.

  • Follows procedures for fraud mitigation and operational directives.
  • Mastery of teller training is essential for employees who will be responsible for processing Customer transactions.
