Job Description:

In your position as a Mortgage Lending Specialist at PNC, you will be instrumental in shepherding clients through the mortgage process, supporting them in reaching their aspirations of owning a home. Your tasks will include managing a clientele base, delivering proficient insights on mortgage offerings, and ensuring adherence to lending regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Suggests appropriate mortgage financing solutions that meet both lending standards and the individual demands of the client.
• Handles a variety of customer portfolios, striving to enhance customer retention and acquire new clients through proactive sales approaches.
• Tailors and develops individualized loan proposals while reviewing paperwork to confirm regulatory conformity.
• Ensures smooth handling of the customer pipeline to reach production and service milestones.
• Collaborates closely with internal and external counterparts to navigate through mortgage transactions efficiently.
• Acquires and processes customer financial data for borrowers with intricate or diverse financial situations.
• Provides expert recommendations on mortgage solutions and banking products tailored to individual customer needs.
• Exhibits an extensive familiarity with the products, digital assets, and lending protocols at PNC.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Verified history of success in roles involving mortgage sales or similar financial services.
• Proficient in mortgage product details, banking solutions, and the steps required for loan origination.
• Adept at discovering new leads, cultivating client connections, and maintaining precise documentation.
• Strong communication abilities, financial assessment proficiency, and consultative selling skills.
• It is standard to require a college or university degree (or an equivalent amalgamation of academic qualifications and practical involvement).
• No specific qualifications are compulsory.
