Responsibilities:

  • Establishing both personal and commercial accounts, encompassing consumer checking, small business banking solutions, different deposit services, home equity financing, unsecured borrowing alternatives, and certificate investment options.
  • Building robust collaborations with branch team members and cross-functional partners to drive customer growth and enhance engagement with current clients, alongside adeptly overseeing influential contacts both within and outside the company.
  • Compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit guidelines, including the accurate documentation of client engagements.
  • Aiding in branch operations by helping with client transactions at the Teller line as necessary.
  • Take part in and on occasion help organize morning check-ins and post-work discussions.
  • Expected to carry out any other assigned tasks; roles, obligations, or tasks could be altered, or fresh ones might be designated at any given moment, with or without advance warning.

Education Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of high school, GED program, or similar professional practice is a requirement
