Job Summary:

First Financial Bank is looking for an experienced Wealth Advisor who will act as the principal relationship manager for wealth management clients, focusing on establishing and nurturing client relationships, devising individualized investment strategies, and providing comprehensive financial planning solutions tailored to client goals and risk profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the frontline representative for clients in wealth management, striving to provide exceptional service experiences.
• Create and manage enduring client associations to bolster client retention and facilitate business expansion.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of clients’ financial targets, investment objectives, family conditions, and tolerance for risk.
• Craft individualized investment and distribution schemes that are aligned with the distinct requirements of each client.
• Partner with internal departments and investment committees to handle distinct portfolio requirements and financial planning strategies.
• Inform clients about portfolio updates and market strategies by conducting periodic investment reviews.
• Utilize financial planning aids and techniques to strengthen customer acquisition and retention endeavors.
• Drive business expansion through proactive networking, utilizing referrals, and fostering cross-functional collaborations to uncover fresh opportunities.
• Follow all regulatory requirements, banking policies, and guidelines for investment reviews.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years of experience in investment management, portfolio management, or wealth advisory.
• Ability to manage client interactions and provide financial planning services effectively.
• Thorough understanding of a wide range of investment opportunities, risk-mitigation techniques, asset allocation methods, and portfolio management strategies.
• My prior experience utilizing financial planning software and related investment instruments.
• Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Having prior experience in business development in the banking or financial services field is advantageous.
• It is preferable to hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related sector.
• Having a CFA or CFP certification is a plus.
• Showing a dedication to continuous professional development and the implementation of recognized industry standards.

Job Surroundings and Physical Expectations:

• The skill to sit, stand, and travel regularly during working hours is necessary. This means being able to move between these positions throughout the day.
• Able to intermittently handle objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
