Job Description:

This position provides senior-levelDeposit Banker coverage for the Greater New Orleans, Louisiana Metropolitan market. The Senior Deposit Banker serves as a trusted advisor, engaging clients in meaningful, consultative conversations to understand their financial goals and deliver tailored solutions. This role drives growth by actively promoting and selling the Bank's products and services, with a strong focus on deepening client relationships through exceptional service, personalized advice, and proactive sales. This position performs the most complex assignments while supporting overall banking center sales objectives.

Qualifications:

• An individual must have either a high school diploma or a GED to be considered.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant banking or financial services experience.
• Skillful in utilizing the features provided by the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Candidates with Salesforce experience are preferred.

Driving revenue growth and business expansion through targeted sales approaches:

• Initiate engaging discussions with customers to assess their financial goals and offer personalized banking recommendations.
• Advocate for the benefits of deposit accounts, loans, and lines of credit in meeting client needs efficiently.
• Support individuals in completing the necessary paperwork to open deposit accounts and apply for loans.
• Offer customized financial recommendations that align with the client's short- and long-term financial targets.
• Discover opportunities to build stronger connections by expanding the range of products and services offered to customers.
• Facilitate referrals to different sections of the company, including mortgage, wealth management, private client, and business banking teams.
• Reach out to clients and potential customers via phone calls on a regular basis, presenting them with tailored financial strategies.
• Drive sales success by coaching associates on sales strategies, referral generation, and product education to nurture a high-performing sales culture.

Client Experience:

• Support the teller line as required to ensure customers experience minimal wait times.
• Carry out accurate financial transactions promptly when needed.
• Offer consistent and superior customer service encounters.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to any client concerns that arise.
• Augment awareness of products and services through involvement in meetings, training sessions, and online learning resources.

• Assist in executing the Banking Center Manager's vision for associate training and development by providing necessary support and resources.
• Enhance the skills of new staff through on-the-job training.
• Aid in upholding the standards of dual-control vault management and conducting meticulous audit checks to validate control measures.
• Stay current on any operational updates and alterations in procedures that may occur.
• Undertake additional job-related assignments as given.
