Job Summary:

As an Investment Banking Associate at PNC, you will deliver outstanding customer service, assist clients with managing financial transactions, and support daily branch operations. This role focuses on creating a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to introduce and promote PNC products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Provides a personalized banking experience centered on improving customers’ financial wellness and strengthening long-term relationships.
• Handles customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Guides clients on available options and alternative methods for completing financial transactions.
• Identifies opportunities during customer interactions and directs clients to the appropriate branch specialists.
• Promotes customer engagement through lobby activities and meaningful conversations.
• Tailors PNC products and services to align with customer financial needs.
• Recognizes sales opportunities and connects clients with the right team members to expand banking relationships.
• Educates customers on digital banking solutions, technology tools, and self-service resources to simplify money management.
• Applies strong product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Ensures all teller and branch operations are completed accurately and in compliance with PNC policies and procedures.
