Job Title: Universal Teller

Job Overview:

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) based at the Cherry Hill Mall financial center. The Universal Teller is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, processing transactions, promoting banking products, and supporting overall branch operations. Availability during branch hours is required (no Sundays).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately in accordance with bank policies.
• Identify and refer appropriate banking products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and security procedures.
• Assist customers using digital banking tools and solutions.
• Support branch operations and administrative activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6–12 months customer service experience required.
• 6–12 months cash handling experience preferred.

Compliance & Additional Duties:

• Must follow all compliance programs, policies, and regulations, complete required training, and report risks appropriately. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Compensation:

• Eligible for performance-based incentives based on experience, skills, and location.
