Job Summary:

This role is designed to empower you to make an impact by providing financial guidance to clients while fostering lasting relationships. You will work with existing Schwab clients, offering wealth management and financial planning advice. The position allows you to take charge of your professional journey in a supportive and innovative environment, focused on helping clients own their financial futures. Over time, you will grow your practice by consolidating assets, networking, and earning client referrals.

Responsibilities:

Provide financial planning and wealth management advice to existing Schwab clients.
Develop and strengthen client relationships through trust, effective communication, and exceeding client expectations.
Collaborate with Schwab specialists to deliver customized solutions based on market insights.
Work with clients on a variety of financial goals, including retirement, education, investment, insurance, and estate planning.
Leverage knowledge of financial markets to help clients progress toward their long-term financial goals.
Manage and adapt to changing business conditions while continuing to serve clients effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required.
Must obtain or acquire FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance during tenure in the role.
Strong ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients.
Experience in wealth management including retirement planning, investment management, and insurance planning is preferred.
Ability to adapt to market changes and provide clients with sound financial advice based on evolving conditions.
Passion for community engagement and a client-focused approach to financial planning.
