Key Accountabilities:

• Accelerate the growth of neighborhood enterprises by enticing new clients and strengthening connections with existing customers through consultative approaches.

Education and Experience:

Required:

• Completing an associate degree or a comparable union of educational foundation and industry background.
• Established background of at least two years in guiding sales efforts or supervising employees.
• A background of two years in working within a sales framework that prioritizes goal attainment.
• The position requires a minimum of five years of professional experience in the banking or financial services sectors.

Preferred:

• Successful applicants will possess a bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field of study.
• Established reputation for successful leadership within a financial center or retail bank branch.
