Job Description:

Being a Loan Consultant at PNC, you play a pivotal role in assisting clients through the mortgage proceedings, assisting them in realizing their dreams of homeownership. Your obligations encompass overseeing a group of clientele connections, providing expert counsel on mortgage choices, and confirming compliance with lending protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recommends mortgage loan alternatives that adhere to lending protocols and are tailored to meet the client’s criteria.
• Administers a selection of customer relations, actively pursuing opportunities to preserve existing clients and attract new ones through proactive selling activities.
• Crafts and devises unique loan solutions while scrutinizing documentation to ensure legal compliance.
• Manages the flow of customers effectively to fulfill production and service objectives.
• Partners with both internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth execution of mortgage transactions.
• Retrieves and studies financial information from clients with complicated or varied borrowing requirements.
• Delivers tailored consultation on mortgage products and relevant banking services to fulfill client needs.
• Reveals a deep knowledge of PNC's inventory, digital solutions, and lending criteria.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Documented performance excellence in mortgage sales or relevant financial services capacities.
• Solid grasp of mortgage services, banking products, and the methods for initiating loans.
• Capable in client exploration, relationship cultivation, and ensuring the correctness of paperwork.
• Skilled in clear communication, financial analysis, and consultative sales strategies.
• It is generally expected that candidates hold a college or university degree (or a similar combination of educational accomplishments and real-world experience).
• No particular certificates are mandated.
