What You’ll Do:
In the position of a Client Care Banker, your core objective is to create enduring connections with clientele through the application of your financial acumen in proposing effective resolutions aligning with their specific needs. This dual function significantly aids in driving the branch's prosperity by:
Developing long-term relationships with customers by grasping their financial needs and proposing relevant products and services
Engaging with internal partners, including Mortgage and Wealth Management, to link customers with specific skills and insights
Operating a cash drawer to provide customer service at the front desk and at the drive-up teller windows
Responsibilities entail opening accounts, managing account updates, and helping clients navigate through digital banking services
Becoming aware of potential fraud alongside other operational or financial risks
Assisting in following bank opening and closing guidelines specific to assigned shifts
Supporting initiatives that promote community involvement and bank-funded events
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
The minimum requirement includes a high school diploma or GED
Intermediate computer skills
Proficient at lifting items up to 50 pounds in weight
