Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently multitask while adjusting to the quick tempo of the role
• Provide top-tier customer support through a combination of simplicity, understanding, and motivation
• Meet and excel in individual and branch performance metrics
• Foster and preserve customer bonds during the loan process and its duration
• Present unique financial strategies that are tailored to the individual needs of customers
• Monitor the entire loan lifecycle, from disbursal to collections, while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements
• Interact with customers and internal departments by means of phone discussions, email exchanges, real-time messaging, and dedicated in-house systems
• Maintain a resolute focus on goals with a fervor for realizing accomplishments
• Ensure customers are informed about additional insurance products and have a clear understanding of loan terms and alternatives

Qualifications Required:

• Both a high school diploma and a GED are recognized as valid educational achievements
• Prepared to be present in the workplace during typical business hours and occasional extended hours, which might involve Saturdays
• Possesses strong communication skills, both in verbal and written formats
• Capable of comfortably using technology and managing multiple systems simultaneously
• Showing the capability to manage sensitive data with professionalism and discretion

Preferred:

• Proficient in sales, collections, or customer relationship management is valuable
• Fluent in Spanish, with strong abilities in both speaking and writing
• Past experience in the financial services or consumer lending industry
• Familiarity with loan origination systems and customer management software is crucial
• Being well-informed about federal and state lending guidelines, such as the Truth in Lending Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, is important
• Recorded history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Skilled in overcoming obstacles and reaching well-thought-out conclusions
• Capability to work within a team dynamic as well as individually
