Job Description:Executive Services Assistant

Through a variety of complex tasks, an Executive Services Assistant supports an executive or division by providing essential administrative assistance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Deals with phone communication, prepares, refines, and authors written correspondence.
Handles and builds reports or databases.
Offers solutions and addresses problems in cases where several non-standard alternatives are feasible.
Facilitates the scheduling and coordination of meetings.
Collects data, types it, and combines reports.
Might be tasked with handling exclusive projects and executing specific functions like financial budgeting and/or variance examination.
Controls the organization of tasks.
Executes other tasks as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:

High School diploma
We are seeking applicants with a minimum of five (5) years' experience in an administrative support role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exhibited effectiveness in a quick-paced environment and expertise in rapidly organizing diverse assignments and tasks to adhere to tight schedules.
Proficient in written and verbal communication, with the skill to engage effectively with management at different organizational tiers.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail.
Exceptional interpersonal communication, coordination, organizational, and time management competencies.
Adeptness in Microsoft Office Suite is a key competency.
