Our employees in Retail Support are a key piece to the success and daily functions of our branches across Zions Bank.

Retail Support is a department of traveling tellers and bankers who support Zions Bank branches throughout their geographical area in the case of absenteeism. This position offers an opportunity to gain a large skill set in the fundamentals of banking while also providing networking opportunities. Our mission is to support our branches and help them to fulfill strategic objectives and carry out Zions Bank's company vision.

Qualifications:

• Needed Educational Background.
• The job necessitates a high level of understanding in cashier responsibilities, financial reconciliations, debit and credit processes, as well as banking products.
• Practical command of math.
• It is crucial to possess adept balancing capabilities and excellent customer service acumen.
• Competence in selling related financial products based on customer needs.

The candidate best suited for this role will have the skills and experience necessary to:

• Uphold the responsibility of delivering high-quality service while ensuring the protection of the branch from potential losses.
• Continuously update your expertise in branch operations.
• Broaden the clientele through the implementation of successful selling and coaching techniques, which include managing lending applications, cross-selling diverse bank services, and offering support to clients in every banking area.
• Be accountable for overseeing cash transactions and fulfilling customer service duties at the branch location.
• Conduct tasks as specified by supervisors.
