Job Summary:

The duties of a Branch Performance Leader involve supervising a high-achieving branch team to meet and exceed performance targets by educating, training, and demonstrating sales behaviors, all while upholding operational excellence. This role particularly focuses on coaching for sales excellence, revenue increase, and operational integrity, with a focus on successful sales practices and client interactions that ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Business Performance: Boost market growth of key client connections and achieve growth objectives in financial metrics (including deposits, loans, and non-interest earnings). Proactively seek and provide appropriate customer introductions to the designated team member(s) to achieve growth targets and execute effective sales plans. Use independent discernment and autonomy to make sound financial decisions.
• Sales Leadership and Coaching: Create and execute business development, actively support execution of partner produced sales and branch initiatives. Provide training/development/coaching to branch teams on mission and how to effectively engage to deliver on targets. Foster the right environment for branch teams and clients. Responsible for talent management functions including: employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning and ensuring all staff comply with compliance requirements.
• Client Experience: Employ tools and systems to facilitate client engagement and learning. Cultivate a workplace environment focused on ensuring exceptional client experiences and upholding our organizational mission. Analyze and rectify issues pertaining to branch operations and client satisfaction.
• Risk Management: Encourage a disciplined risk management culture within teams to facilitate the identification and mitigation of reputational, regulatory, employee, and client risks. Promote team awareness, comprehension, and adherence to all relevant bank policies and regulations to uphold standards of operational excellence.
• Carries out specific tasks, as well as any additional responsibilities as necessary.
• Adheres consistently to the regulatory and compliance policies linked to the position as outlined and satisfactorily finishes the essential compliance training. Responsible for upholding compliance with pertinent federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Meeting the educational requirement necessitates having either completed high school or obtained a GED, HiSET, or TASC certification
• Years of overall branch sales experience, required
• (2) Necessary to demonstrate over two years of leadership experience
• The S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 necessitates individuals to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) as part of their regulatory obligations
• The preferred qualification is the successful completion of a four-year undergraduate program
