Responsibilities include:

• Meeting the quarterly and annual sales objectives for the team and branch by engaging in a range of financial activities including customer intelligence assessment, commercial real estate investments, small business administration loans, mortgage lending, treasury management services, deposits management, wealth management investment product sales, international deposit services, wire transfers, and other commercial and consumer financial products.
• Sourcing and nurturing loans such as Home Equity Line of Credit, Residential Financing, and Commercial Financing.
• Adhering to yearly renewals and regulatory rules for MLO professionals is crucial for grasping interest rates, funding mechanisms, and mathematical formulas in order to provide top-notch assistance to potential mortgage clients.
• Possesses a deep knowledge of the bank's deposit, loan, and additional products, as well as a grasp of the necessary prerequisites.
• Helps clients with monetary requirements like withdrawing cash, making deposits, transferring funds, paying off loans/credit card balances, sending wire transfers, and converting foreign currencies.
• Shows a proactive approach and dedication to achieving outcomes that align with clients' interests.
• Utilizes sharp critical thinking and innovative approaches to fulfill clients' needs.
• Partners with team members and various business units to ensure customers receive products that best meet their needs.
• Interacts with clients proficiently, showcasing confident communication skills.
• Has the capacity to promptly assimilate knowledge regarding products, services, and technologies and instruct customers on performing banking transactions online, via mobile apps, and self-service portals.

Requirements include:
