In the role of a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you act as a Financial Concierge for clients who visit the branch, focusing on maintaining and expanding relationships with both individual and business customers by actively recognizing their financial aims and requirements, suggesting suitable deposit and banking products, completing customer transactions accurately and promptly, and ensuring outstanding customer service is provided while balancing daily responsibilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Delivering top-notch customer support and efficiently resolving customer concerns.
• Skilled in comprehending and instructing clients about consumer deposit offerings.
• Actively seeking out chances to enhance customer connections through a structured sales approach, a fresh customer outreach initiative, making outbound calls, and obtaining recommendations from clients and associates.
• Guiding and directing clients to various sections of the financial institution to enhance connections and establish a robust alliance.
• Following all guidelines and protocols related to operations, security, risk, and regulatory measures.
• Displaying expertise in sales, customer care, client relations, financial services, communication, and public speaking.
• Additional responsibilities as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) credential and at least one year of experience in customer service or military service within an administrative, contracting, civil affairs, or comparable capacity, or a Bachelor's Degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• An extensive background in customer service within the banking, financial industry, or sales driven by achieving targets for a year or longer.
• Cash handling skills.
• Being at ease with technology like mobile applications and internet banking features is crucial.
