Our employees in Retail Support are a key piece to the success and daily functions of our branches across Zions Bank.

Retail Support is a department of traveling tellers and bankers who support Zions Bank branches throughout their geographical area in the case of absenteeism. This position offers an opportunity to gain a large skill set in the fundamentals of banking while also providing networking opportunities. Our mission is to support our branches and help them to fulfill strategic objectives and carry out Zions Bank's company vision.

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or a comparable education is a prerequisite, along with over 2 years of prior involvement in banking, cashier responsibilities, client assistance, financial reconciliation, or relevant fields, or the successful conclusion of a company-endorsed educational program.
• A strong grasp of cashier operations, financial balancing, debit and credit mechanisms, and familiarity with banking offerings are key competencies sought in applicants.
• Utilization of mathematical understanding.
• Having a solid foundation in equilibrium maintenance and customer satisfaction proficiency is necessary.
• Proficiency in offering supplementary bank products that suit individual customer requirements.
