Serving as an Assistant Branch Coordinator, your participation will be essential in:

• Collaborating with the Branch Manager to drive the branch team towards success in sales, service delivery, and operational proficiency.
• Developing a customer-centric environment in the branch that aims to fulfill and go beyond customer expectations.
• Establishing and extending commercial and retail sales associations while ensuring branch sales targets are met.
• Boosting the productivity of branch workers by offering instruction, support, and encouragement.

Primary Responsibilities:

• The key to achieving operational excellence lies in ensuring that all team members follow the bank's policies, procedures, and regulations diligently.
• Reaching the desired sales milestones for the team/branch both quarterly and yearly.
• Monitoring daily branch activities and staff performance to ensure operational efficiency is optimized.
• Increasing customer satisfaction through ongoing engagement with clients.
• Overseeing and mentoring coworkers in areas like customer service, operational processes, transaction correctness, and interacting with clients as a means to guarantee that their actions align with prescribed standards each day.
• Assuming the supervisory duties of the Branch Manager when they are not present includes evaluating staff performance and handling any disputes or grievances.
• Undertaking the duty of interviewing, hiring, and coaching new team members, organizing, reprimanding, and allocating tasks.
• Offering motivation, coaching, and direction to employees to help them attain sales and service goals.
• Proficient in employing digital solutions and advancements to elevate the digital banking experience for customers.
• Educating customers on the seamless execution of basic financial activities through easily accessible banking channels like online portals, mobile apps, and ATM terminals.
• Executing tasks beyond the regular scope of work.

Qualifications:

• Preference is given to candidates with a bachelor's degree or its equal.
• With a track record of over four years, adept at creating, directing, supervising, and mentoring teams.
• Possesses strong financial insight and adept communication competencies.
• Has proven adept at excelling in a results-oriented atmosphere that emphasizes client needs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of branch operations and compliance with financial regulations.
• Skills in sales and service consist of techniques like exploring for new opportunities and expanding professional networks.
