Branch Manager

As a Branch Banking Leader, the key role is to train a high-achieving branch staff to achieve and exceed performance targets by educating, coaching, and exemplifying sales behaviors and ensuring operational excellence. This position places a strong emphasis on coaching for sales effectiveness, revenue growth, and operational integrity, with a concentration on successful sales tactics and client engagement strategies while delivering a superior level of customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the expansion of key client relationships and achieve financial performance goals in terms of deposits, loans, and non-interest income. Proactively identify and provide relevant client introductions to the designated team members to help meet growth targets and execute successful sales strategies.
• Sales Leadership and Coaching: Create and execute business development, actively support execution of partner-produced sales and branch initiatives. Provide training/development/coaching to branch teams on mission and how to effectively engage to deliver on targets. Foster the right environment for branch teams and clients. Responsible for talent management functions including: employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning and ensuring all staff comply with compliance requirements.
• Client Experience: Leverage tools and systems to engage clients and offer education opportunities. Cultivate a culture that prioritizes delivering outstanding client experiences while remaining dedicated to our organizational mission and values. Address and resolve challenges related to branch operations and client satisfaction effectively.
• Establish a culture that prioritizes disciplined risk management, empowering teams to recognize and address reputational, regulatory, and client risks while upholding operational excellence standards.
• Completes distinct tasks and supplementary responsibilities as required.
• Shows consistent dedication to following regulatory and compliance policies related to the job and finishing necessary compliance training. Held accountable for ensuring compliance with relevant federal, state, and local statutes and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Upper School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Counterpart, needed
• - Essential to demonstrate over five years of branch sales experience
• Demonstrated leadership expertise spanning over two years is a must
• Compliance with the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation includes being registered with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
• Candidates with a completed undergraduate degree, equivalent to a four-year program, are favored for this position
