Key Accountabilities:

• Deliver direction, tactical coaching, and ongoing support to branch personnel to achieve key targets in sales, hospitality, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the Branch or Market Manager to refine operational workflows and foster an exceptionally positive guest experience.
• Oversee regular branch activities, maintaining absolute alignment with corporate policies, internal procedures, and regulatory expectations.
• Assist clients with processing complex transactions, opening new accounts, and introducing customized financial tools that match their needs.
• Strengthen consumer portfolios by initiating proactive conversations and identifying cross-selling opportunities to maximize account depth.
• Partner with the Teller Supervisor and Bank Manager to manage staff schedules, recruitment drives, training modules, and performance reviews for front-line tellers.
• Champion digital adoption by educating both clients and peers on how to leverage our web and mobile banking platforms effectively.
• Assume full operational leadership of the branch as the interim head during any absence of the Branch or Market Manager.

Education and Experience:

Required:

• High school diploma or a balanced combination of equivalent education and practical field history.
• More than one year of direct experience in a target-driven sales environment.
• A minimum of one year of demonstrated background in supervising teams or managing financial center departments.

Preferred:

• Commitment to earning a professional business certification within the initial two years of employment.
