Role and Responsibilities

• Administering, conserving, and acquiring lasting mutually beneficial relationships with our customer base.
• Acknowledging and comprehending the enduring financial needs of customers to offer tailored service and product choices.
• Making use of the bank's newest technological tools to meet the expanding demands of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Attaining team and branch sales objectives on a quarterly and annual basis in a range of financial sectors including customer information analysis, commercial real estate deals, small business administration lending, mortgage services, treasury management solutions, deposit products, wealth management investment options, international banking services, and other offerings for both commercial and consumer clients.
• Procuring and fostering loans like HELOC, Home Mortgage, and Business Mortgage.
• Meeting the yearly renewal obligations and following all regulatory guidelines for Mortgage Loan Officers (MLO) requires a deep understanding of interest rates, financing alternatives, and calculation methods to offer comprehensive support to prospective homebuyers.
• Has a solid grasp of the bank's deposit options, loan products, and other services, including the prerequisites involved.
• Guides customers in handling their financial requirements, including withdrawing cash, depositing money, transferring funds, making loan/credit card payments, sending wire transfers, and converting foreign currencies.
• Demonstrates a diligent work ethic and a focused mindset on fulfilling clients' needs and preferences.
• Utilizes keen critical thinking and inventive problem-solving techniques to meet clients' needs.
• Engages with team members and across business units to identify and offer the most suitable products to customers based on their needs.
• Exhibits strong communication skills and self-assurance when dealing with clients.
• Demonstrates the ability to efficiently learn about products, services, and technologies and educate customers on carrying out banking transactions online, through mobile apps, and self-service portals.
• Adept at employing digital tools and technologies strategically to improve clients' digital banking journey.
• Demonstrates a fervent enthusiasm and skill to persuade, inform, and establish relationships with technology consumers.
• Handles additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• The minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in customer service, cashier, and sales roles, as well as Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) experience in the banking or financial sector is strongly desired.
• Sound grasp of how branch operations function.
• Successful background in a consultative sales role in a related industry, highlighting accomplishments in securing fresh clients, strengthening client engagements, and producing significant results.
• Displaying a high level of professionalism and thoroughness, skilled in maintaining consistent follow-up.
• Competent in swiftly adapting to new technologies and procedures.
• Skilled in navigating branch technology, mobile banking platforms, and online banking systems efficiently.
• Proficiency in problem resolution, decision-making, and ensuring customer needs are met.
