Job Summary:

First Financial Bank is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to serve as a trusted resource for clients seeking comprehensive financial guidance. This position focuses on building long-term client relationships, developing personalized investment strategies, and delivering financial planning solutions tailored to individual goals, risk tolerance, and life circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary advisor for clients, delivering a high level of personalized service and financial guidance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention, satisfaction, and business growth.
• Evaluate clients’ financial objectives, investment preferences, family situations, and risk profiles.
• Design and implement customized investment strategies and asset allocation plans that align with client goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and investment professionals to develop portfolio solutions and comprehensive financial plans.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide clients with updates on investment performance and market conditions.
• Utilize financial planning tools and resources to support client acquisition and relationship management efforts.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and investment management standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial advising, investment management, portfolio management, or wealth planning.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver customized financial solutions.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management principles.
• Experience utilizing financial planning software and investment management tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Previous business development experience within banking or financial services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, or similar credentials are considered advantageous.
