The primary responsibility of Wealth Advisor is to deliver exemplary service to clients and provide support to Financial Advisors/Private Wealth Advisors/teams on a day-to-day basis. Through consistent client interactions, these individuals develop strong and trusted relationships with clients. Successful candidates will be client-focused and skilled in interpersonal communication to ensure a superior client experience. By assisting Financial Advisors/Private Wealth Advisors/teams, this role concentrates on helping in various areas like digital marketing, managing portfolio holdings, utilizing proposal tools, and financial planning.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Being a senior member of the service team involves developing relationships with internal and external partners and colleagues for the FA/PWA/team's benefit. Enhancing client relationships by ensuring exceptional client experiences and helping the FA/PWA/team adhere to their client service model are critical responsibilities.Keeping up to date on policies, procedures, and new platforms and sharing pertinent information and best practices with the service team is crucial.
Supporting the FA/PWA/team in structuring and carrying out their business blueprint, forming strong partnerships with various market stakeholders including Practice Strategy Consultants and Branch Management.
Carrying out various administrative tasks related to digital and physical marketing tactics, which encompass workshops, webinars, websites, social media channels, and ongoing email communications.
Drafting and assessing a variety of client reports or financial plans through approved systems for existing or potential clients.
Aiding in investigative tasks utilizing company-endorsed tools.
Engaging in client meetings, serving as a representative for the service viewpoint.
Engaging in organizational projects, special undertakings, or other responsibilities specified by local supervisors.
These elements are crucial aspects in personal and professional development:
A minimum of five years of practical work experience in a relevant industry is mandatory for this role.
It is preferred to have completed a four-year college program or obtained a professional certification.
Certification in Series 7 (GS) and either Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) is a prerequisite.
It may be compulsory to obtain extra product licenses.
Strong leadership skills.
Understanding different types of financial instruments like shares, fixed-income securities, options contracts, collective investment schemes, insurance offerings, and discretionary investment arrangements.
