Job Title: Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Overview:

This is a full-time, commissioned hybrid role based out of the North Broad Street location in Philadelphia, PA. The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for generating mortgage business, building referral networks, and guiding customers through the loan process to achieve homeownership goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain referral sources including realtors, builders, and developers.
• Meet clients to assess financial needs and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Analyze financial data including income, credit, and assets to determine loan eligibility.
• Present loan options, explain terms, and guide customers through the application process.
• Promote bank products and cross-sell financial services.
• Manage loan pipeline, complete documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the loan process.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1+ year of residential mortgage lending experience or completion of a related training program.
• Proven ability to build and maintain external referral relationships.

Compliance and Additional Duties:

• Must adhere to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance programs. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Licensing Requirement:

• May require registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
