While Making Their Way Through the Course, the Participant Will:

  • Review the current trends in the industry, investor community, and among peers.
  • Assist in the formulation of strategic resources for executives and board members.
  • Partner with colleagues from diverse backgrounds to advance major enterprise initiatives.

What You’ll Need:

  • A completed MBA or master's degree in a related field within the last three years is a prerequisite for entering the program.
  • Successful applicants will possess a background of two to five years in related fields like strategy consulting, management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Established track record of being a change catalyst and showing initiative.

Additional Track Skills:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office software and experience using tools like S&P Global, FactSet, Pitchbook, Copilot, PowerBI, and Adobe Suite.
  • Accomplished in creating and delivering executive-level presentations to senior stakeholders, skillfully managing ambiguity in the creative process.
  • Proven track record of guiding substantial initiatives, beginning with problem identification, research, and analysis, followed by the strategic development of business and operational roadmaps, to ultimately ensuring successful project implementation.
  • Sound knowledge of general banking practices with a particular interest in strategic planning, operational effectiveness, process enhancement, and project supervision.
  • Proficient in grasping and interpreting policies, procedures, and regulatory directives.
  • Having a logical mindset combined with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, showing a strong focus on detail and a dedication to achieving precision.
