A script for Customer Interaction Agents:

• Perform a diverse array of tasks related to teller services and customer support as needed.
• Possessing expertise in processing teller transactions and proficient in performing various customer service functions, such as completing standard checking, savings, and certificate of deposit account openings, managing account maintenance tasks, etc.
• Work within established guidelines, policies and procedures, the CSA will sell and service all deposit accounts, handle various customer inquiries and provide prompt problem resolution.
• Familiarity with the bank's deposit and electronic banking products and services is crucial.
• Employ a sales methodology that prioritizes understanding customer needs, identifying referral opportunities, and recommending relevant products and services to meet those needs.

Requisites for fulfilling the role of Customer Success Specialist:

• A minimum of one year of experience in teller or customer service roles within the banking sector, particularly in a branch or call center setting, is a fundamental requirement.
• Possesses strong sales competencies, excellent service delivery skills, and exceptional interpersonal communication abilities.
• Displays proficiency in working with others and takes pleasure in participating in team environments.
• Proven proficiency in organizational capabilities, technical knowledge, and computer skills.
• Shows proficiency in adapting to change and skillfully juggling various tasks.
• Adept in the processes, policies, and procedural requirements related to teller duties and customer service interactions.
• Decent knowledge of banking products and services, with opportunities for further advancement.

Customer Success Specialist's Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in managing diverse teller transactions and routine customer service duties.
• Experienced in identifying cross-selling opportunities and addressing a variety of customer inquiries to suggest appropriate products or solutions that cater to their needs.
• Able to assist with the setup of basic deposit accounts, address electronic banking inquiries, services, and operations, complete account maintenance tasks, and provide referrals to other departments within the organization.
• Manage cash drawer operations accurately and promptly.
• Maintain an exceptional level of service for customers, coworkers, and team members.
• Remain well-versed in procedures, norms, and guidelines, particularly with regards to security, compliance, and operational matters.
• Attend regular job-related educational sessions that delve into key areas such as sales approaches, customer care excellence, compliance guidelines, and product knowledge.
• Can potentially transfer to another branch in the vicinity to lend support with staffing coverage if needed.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as requested.
