Core job functions and responsibilities:

  • Handles a large number of daily interactions, such as answering general questions and setting up appointments, with potential and current clients via various communication channels like telephone, face-to-face meetings, online platforms, and postal services.
  • Collaborates effectively with a team and autonomously to offer essential assistance to Financial Advisors and staff in branch offices.
  • Manages client financial transactions and processes advisor/branch expenditures and financial reports with precision and efficiency.
  • Establishes accounts for new clients and investigates client and security details by utilizing internal platforms and various technological tools.
  • Verifies that client paperwork and documentation adhere to the firm's and industry standards before being submitted, and then confirms their accuracy. Afterwards, ensures that all necessary documents are properly filled out and submitted on time.
  • Drafts correspondence, documents, and summaries to support current client needs and attract potential clients.
  • Creates concise summaries of business activities and customized reports for advisor evaluation.
  • Utilizes CRM software to establish and organize records and documents for client relationships.
  • Aids financial advisors in enhancing their marketing strategies, such as organizing seminars and client-focused gatherings.
  • Can take instructions from the Financial Advisor to place orders.
  • Engages in various training programs, cross-training sessions, and opportunities for professional growth to remain up-to-date with company and industry regulations.
  • Carries out additional tasks as required.

Academic Background and Past Work:
