This position provides senior-level relationship banking coverage for the Greater New Orleans, Louisiana Metropolitan market. The Senior Financial Relationship Banker serves as a trusted advisor, engaging clients in meaningful, consultative conversations to understand their financial goals and deliver tailored solutions. This role drives growth by actively promoting and selling the Bank's products and services, with a strong focus on deepening client relationships through exceptional service, personalized advice, and proactive sales. This position performs the most complex assignments while supporting overall banking center sales objectives.

Qualifications for Senior Financial Relationship Banker:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant banking or financial services experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Building a strong client base and driving business success through effective sales strategies:

• Engage clients through consultative discussions to understand financial preferences and recommend tailored banking solutions.
• Promote deposit accounts, loans, and lines of credit to meet client needs.
• Assist clients with opening deposit accounts and submitting loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial guidance aligned with short- and long-term goals.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through additional products and services.
• Refer clients to internal partners including mortgage, wealth management, private client, and business banking teams.
• Maintain regular outbound contact with clients and prospects offering customized financial solutions.
• Coach associates to enhance sales skills, referral effectiveness, and product knowledge.

Client Experience:

• Support the teller line to minimize customer wait times.
• Process financial transactions accurately as required.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
• Enhance product knowledge through meetings, training, and online learning.

Compliance and risk management procedures:

• Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and operational protocols.
• Adhere to internal controls, risk management guidelines, and audit requirements.
• Maintain strict adherence to the First Horizon Code of Ethics.

Operational Efficiency:

• Assist with meetings focused on sales effectiveness, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Partner with the Banking Center Manager to support associate development and training.
• Provide on-the-job training for new employees.
• Support dual-control vault responsibilities and audit controls.
• Stay informed of operational updates and procedural changes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
